Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on Ammunition. Make sure to use the correct ammunition in your gun. Check local laws before ordering.
If you wish to cancel an order placed with us, you may cancel only if the item has not been shipped. It is important to contact us immediately at customerservice@ammojunction.com if you want to cancel an order, as most items normally ship the same day.
Damaged/Lost Items:
If you receive a damaged item or your item has been lost in transit, we ask that you contact us immediately at customerservice@ammojunction.com. We will then file a claim with UPS for the damaged/lost merchandise. UPS will then contact you to inspect the damaged item. Claims may take up to 30 days to be processed. If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the damaged/lost order upon a UPS resolution.
